As someone who wants to possibly progress onto Fashion journalism next year, I was extremely excited for this session. I enjoy conversations with people and asking questions. However, I was a bit unprepared for this session because I did not take the time to craft questions before attending class. It completely slipped my mind and because of that it affected my class time because I had to take a few minutes to come up with quick questions to ask my classmates. I know that if I had made sure to do them before class I would’ve had much more interesting questions to ask. I will make sure to keep reminders for myself so that I remember to do my SDS on time so that it doesn’t affect me in class. Other than that, I enjoyed this session. It was fun to learn new things about my classmates and get to know people that I have never spoken to before. I also loved the layout part and experimenting with all kinds of different fonts, shapes, colours, and images. After recording my interviews with my iPhone, when I got home I realised that the audio was not super clear. When I did my third interview for SDS I made sure to hold the phone up to the persons mouth when they were speaking so that the voice recording is clear.
